Our Services

Life is full of different seasons. And transitions from one season to the next are hard—even the good ones. Your story, circumstances, or season of life can be amazing, frustrating, overwhelming, and heartbreaking. Sometimes even all at the same time. You’re probably here because you’ve tried all you know how to try and are feeling tired or stuck. Sometimes anxiety, depression, or past trauma hold you back from moving into what’s next in your life. We will come alongside you to help you navigate the transitions in your life. We will discover together transitions can be full of hope and that you can emerge stronger and more capable on the other end.

We’re here to help you.

 Ways we can partner together:

Individual Counseling

We focus on challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and key life transitions like changing careers or losing a partner. We tailor our therapeutic approach to you individually using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, attachment-based therapy, and strengths-based therapy.

Premarital Counseling

Premarital counseling focuses on setting couples up for success in marriage right from the start by helping to learn more about each other and developing practical skills to tackle life together. We often use the evidence-based Prepare Enrich assessment as a starting point for our premarital counseling.

Child and Adolescent Counseling

With specific training on the developmental needs and stages of children, we are able to identify the areas where a child may need extra support. Some of the most common therapies we use with children include play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapies, social skills training, grief counseling, and art therapy.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling uses therapeutic interventions to help people in romantic relationships gain insight into their relationship, deepen intimacy, resolve conflict, improve communication and increase relationship satisfaction.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an eight-phase interactive therapy used primarily to treat symptoms associated with PTSD, phobias, mood disorders, including anxiety disorders and depression, panic disorder, and trauma. EMDR is an evidence-based treatment we can leverage to help you heal from trauma and other distressing life events.

Telehealth

Telehealth provides the benefits of face-to-face counseling using live teleconferencing. Using telehealth allows clients who may be constrained by illness, transportation issues, or time constraints to receive quality care at a remote location. You and your counselor meet together for a scheduled session through a confidential, HIPAA approved teleconference.
